I can't get my talktalk email via my s10+ I have changed the setting

What app you using? Samsung Email? Try with outlook app

Sorry I can get them on the Web but not via the app would it matter

It shouldn't do but I have always used Outlook and not had any issues

You could have disabled that particular email. Meaning no notifications from that account.
