The things I would try are...
1. Soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.
2. Turn the feature Off and On.
3. Put the phone in Safe Mode which disables downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones working and then see what happens.
4. As a very last resort back up and remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset.
5. Seek support from a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.
