Earpiece having buzzing sound and the other party heard it.

 when I am talking to another person with an earpiece, the other party can't hear my voice but only buzzing sound.

Is this the earpiece / mic of the phone or an earpiece i.e Bluetooth your pairing up with the phone @Panda271c  ?

Does this happen everywhere you go ?

Yes is an earpiece. It happened whenever I plug in. My friend find it very annoying.

@Panda271c: Are you able to try the earpiece with another phone, or try another headset with your current phone, to see if the issue persists? This will help to determine if the issue lies with the earpiece, or the phone itself.

I tried with the original earpiece that comes with the phone and is fine. Then I tried other earpiece ,the buzzing sound comes on. I then use the earpiece on other phone  and is fine
