earphone buttons

hi I just found out that my akg earphones buttons don't work properly. the stop/play button works fine but when I press volume+ it reduces volume and when I press volume- it selects an app from my screen and when I press again it launch that app. I disconnected it from Google assistant and worked but happend again and didn't fix again. does anyone have any idea?

if you have the wearable app all these things can be changed and reset

I have it but because akg earphone or better I say headphones is wired they don't appear there so I can't do anything with it and now that I'm writing this volume down does its job but volume up reduces volume
