Is anyone else have trouble accessing the benefit to claim their ear buds. When I click on claim your ear buds it takes me to a blank screen. Also live chart is not available for this. Really annoyed and get get talking to someone
Yes same issue here. Managed to get through to support and they said that I need to try and contact them again because they are looking for a resolution. I got given this number to ring 0330 726 9000. Let me know if you get any joy!
