Dialing plus sign

Hi! I have Samsung S10+
And I need to make an international call. Also, I using a prepaid card so first I calling on a number that is on a prepaid card, and then it asks me to enter the number I want to call but this number contains + sign and I cannot enter it (yes I holding zero, there is no plus sign under the zero too)

Hi, Instead of + try 00 ( example, instead of +44, try 0044).

There should be a + sign under the 0, I don't know why it's not there but should do as @Neo001 said if you can't
