Dex Support on S10 Lite or Note 10 Lite

Hi,

I am willing to purchase S10 lite or Note 10 Lite. Only thing that is stopping is DEX support on these. It seems DEX is not supported on these devices.

Can Any one confirm if DEX works on these device or not?

Yes, you're right. I tried connecting a S10 lite with a Dock and nothing happened. Later on when I googled I saw this post. Hence, Samsung Dex isn't supported by S10 lite. It is  however, supported by S9.

S10 Lite i think is fully capable phone to handle Samsung Dex, i dont know why its not supported for now. Hopefully an update can bring the Dex support.

Yes unfortunatly the Lite devices currently cant support DEX. This poentially could become available although no confirmed rollout plans are available for this device. However we havent ever retro fitted a device with DEX so possibly not the device to look for. The S10 could be the right device for you. I already bought a Note 10 lite thinking it had Dex.

I guess I did not read the fine print before purchasing.

I thought I already gathered enough information, but rarely reviews mentioned the Dex part.

I'm looking to buy this device too. I think it's a very good idea to add DeX support to this device as its hardware is very much capable. Maybe not soon but please keep it in mind.

Try using android 10 desktop mode from developer mode u can find explain from youtube

if you want samsung dex just buy an s9

it works for me
