Device Care will not open and crashes settings app completely

Hi there, I am using a Galaxy S10. Whenever I attempt to open device care in the settings app, it just crashes without any warning. I have tried updating my phone, restarting and even entering safe mode to see if it works there, but it won't open for me. Can someone help me out here? If you require any further information please let me know.

Yep it worked. Also while we are on this, I can't turn on my device protection in the device care area. It says turn on but won't actually turn on the device protection.
