Deleting network

Galaxy S10 Series
I've been told to delete network and start up again (refresh) as my Mydean E7 car dashcam isn't connecting to my EE network S10e.
Is this the same as resetting network?
Very frustrating atm. Was working before. So how would I go about deleting network and setting it back up?

settings > connections > mobile networks > network operators. select any that isn't EE you will get a warning saying unable to connect. then re connect to ee.

just tried that but I'll attach screen shot of what its telling me. Mydean connected without Internet. I'm sat in my car yet it's saying not connected to Internet? My mobile network?

you should be able to do a soft reset of your network ... a quick Google should show you how.
It basically deletes your network... passwords and all networks vanish, this should then show all available networks in the available networks menu

Your screen shot shows you are connected to the dashcam. Would a dashcam need Internet?
