I appear not to be able to permanently delete emails from my bin. They delete but then they reappear. Can anyone aassit please? Thanks

That's weird @Maureend 

 

Are you using the stock email Samsung app ?

 

Depending on the type of email account i.e pop3 or imap I'm wondering if your own email server is somehow sending them back to your phone's email app when it syncs.

 

Perhaps go into your email account via logging in through your url bar or another device and delete them this way and then see if they appear back in your phone's email app.

i beleive it is the stock apl.
i logged into my ipsd but emails arw already deleted here so just remaining on my phone

hi, still appear to be having issues with my emails. deleting from recycle bin but they just keep returning
helpdesk didnt resolve issue. can you please advise the difference between email sync schedule (set at 15 mins) and email sync period (set at 2 weeks)
