Galaxy S10 SeriesMy S20+ 5g does same thing. My phone was U.S. cellular. I switched providers to Verizon. Would that make my phone not update? My gf has same phone n she has android 11 on it?? I'm stuck android 10 and last security patch was updated last 11-27-2020. How can I fix this? Any help would be much appreciated thank you.
