Couldn't download software

I've now found out I'm using latest s/w but I thought I'd just check and then I get this message , anyone else get this ?

Hi, try clearing your system cache. There are plenty if tutorials online but be sure to be connected to a PC or USB headphones.

Yep , cleared that , not sure if there is a download due or it's just an error / glitch , weird though

I have this problem too. I clear cache and this didn't work...Maybe Samsung close server for fix some problems?

Not just me then , I honestly think that with this 3.0 update Samsung have massively messed up .

My S20+ 5g does same thing. My phone was U.S. cellular. I switched providers to Verizon. Would that make my phone not update? My gf has same phone n she has android 11 on it?? I'm stuck android 10 and last security patch was updated last 11-27-2020. How can I fix this? Any help would be much appreciated thank you.
