Cannot send mms

Hi, I have a Samsung S10 and I cannot attach a photo to my message and send it.

I can send text messages ok but once I attach a photo from my gallery It wont send.

I welcome any help,

@Joe50: In order to send an MMS message you are required to enable Mobile Data on the device. This can be accessed via Quick Settings by swiping from the top of the screen to the bottom or by going to Settings > Connections > Data Usage > Mobile Data.

Tap the plus next to enter message this will bring up gallery add photo, but why use messag cost money!, oops just read your post again. As @AndrewL  posted you should be good to go👍

Can you not use wifi to send MMS 

and if so why can't I?? Galaxy 10A
