Cannot see/find all settings

I got a brand new S10+ and wanted to change the resolution on it, I found several tutorials yet when trying one realized that the resolution setting doesn't exist, tried typing it in and all, at a closer inspection I've notivced maybe even half of the settings that should appear just don't

if not, 2 choices

factory reset last

or go to settings, then apps then ONE UI HOME then storage then clear data and cache then setup display again.

It will reset all display settings.

I am not misleading you. 

Settings then screen resolution then 3 choices shows on all S10s.

screen mode is vivid and natural.

ALL in display settings. Very unusual it doesnt appear for you.

I'm going to have to look more into that PDF file, since I've noticed a lot of settings are missing, by just finding tutorials on YouTube, and the aspect of my settings also looks weird in design too.
