Cannot play mobile game using data

Has anyone else experienced this issue with their S10? I'm playing Mobile Legends and it won't load when using data. This also happens with my wife's phone (also an S10). I've tried turning off Data Saver as suggested on another thread with the same issue, but it didn't work for us. Even reset my phone to factory. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

To be honest, I can't get any straight answer from the developer, the phone provider, and Samsung 😶

@vincesane Have you tried playing a different game to see if it loads fine? As @Anonymous User said, it can be an issue with this game only.  You can clear the cache of the game via Settings > Apps > Mobile Legends app > Storage > Clear cache. Other things you can do is to uninstall the game and reinstall it, make sure it is fully up to date, uninstall and reinstall Google Play Store updates: Settings > Apps > Google Play Store app > Uninstall updates > OK. Also, make sure that the phone is running on the latest software version and contact the game support or developers as they may give you some tips to help it running correctly.

@CarloL Yep. Did all of those. I also believe that it may be the game. But a couple of things points to other directions. Like the game works with other phones. With our phones, it's just this one game. So I'm a bit lost as to which one is causing it. For example. My niece has a apple phone, and my son an S8. Game works on their phones. Same provider as us. But ours, which is an S10, game won't load on data. That's why I have to like get answers from all 3 - Samsung, Fido, and the game developer. So far, no resolution.
