I need help. I can no longer download my bank app on my phone. So I cannot get into my bank account . Phoned the bank and they said my phone is no longer compatible with the software .Natwest bank.
I have s10plus .
I thought it was one of the latest phone. I depend on mobile banking

Looking at the reviews on the Natwest Banking App on Playstore there are quite a few people experiencing issues.
One of the replies from a Natwest agent says that it should work if the phone is on Android 6.0 and above.
Your Samsung Galaxy s10+ will be !
I would suggest contacting the App Developement Team to ask them to look into this.
Also try uninstalling the app on your phone and also delete it from your MyApps on the Playstore to then download a fresh copy.
