Can't update to latest security patch

Hello, 

I have a dutch unlocked and carrier free s10e and apparently a new security update has been released for the s10 series a week ago (also in the Netherlands). I'm still on the July patch and my phone says no new updates are available when I check. I never had this before. 

Last month I was in France where I updated to the July patch. Is it possible that by updating in another country my phone has 'become' French?

I'm just thinking of possible reasons. What could be another reason for not receiving updates?

Because updates are always rolling, just because you heard someone else received one doesn't mean your device will get it right away as well.

@Some-dude: Updates are released in batches and are subject to availability based on factors such as location, network provider and purchase date, therefore some customers will receive updates at different times. I'd recommend enabling auto update to ensure you get the update as and when it becomes available.

Ah ok, I guess I'll just wait then. It's not really a biggie. I just think it's kind of strange since updates are usually rolled out per country. I never thought this could differ per country as well.
