Galaxy S10 SeriesSo I just got my new S10 and was setting it up. To connect my Samsung account I needed to type my security code. I got that via text but it is letters and numbers, but on my S10 I can only enter numbers.
Am I the only one with this problem?

Galaxy S10 SeriesI have the exact same problem. Neither the virtual keyboard or if I connect a bluetooth keyboard will enter letters and numbers. both act the same. They will allow me to enter numbers but not letters. Since the verification code that samsung sent via a text has both alphanumeric characters I can't enter it via either the code via the virtual or Bluetooth keyboard. This leads me to believe the problem is software not hardware related. Anyone have a solution?

Galaxy S10 SeriesAlso, both the virtual keyboard and the bluetooth one work fine for everything else. So far It is only when entering the 2 factor authentication for the Samsung account that the GALAXY TAB S7 PLUS in my case only accepts numeric input from teither keyboard. This is a brand new out of the box top of the line tablet.
You would think a Samsung account would work on a Samsung tablet... Sadly it seems you would be wrong!

VERY CONFUSING TEXT MESSAGE! But the numeric code worked after trying it a couple of times. I have no clue what the alphanumeric one is at the bottom of the text.

Galaxy S10 SeriesHello Vera. I made the same mistake. The "numbers" at the beginning of the message "are the code" to enter. Just numbers. What's next is an identifation code proper to Samsung I think, and useless for us. It gets everybody mixed up.. Good luck.
