Caller id and spam protection

My phone wont allow me turn on caller Id and spam protection I have contacted Samsung they didn't know why I have also contacted my network and they couldn't help

Go to phone settings and turn on ID & Spam identifiyer.  Provided you've got the latest phone software this should now remain on. I had problems but as soon as phone upgraded it stayed locked on. Hope this works for you too.

Its It wont let me turn it on as you can see, my phone has all the latest updates I have been trying to sort this for months now and I have called Samsung and my network

@Mel28  that is really weird. Thats exactly how mine was.  It would let me turn it on but wouldn't stay on. 

There must be some kind of error with the system as after my phone was updated, and this was over a year ago now, it locked to on and stayed locked on. I presume you've had no joy from Samsung. Really hope you manage to sort it out.

I have a Galaxy Note 10 Plus, Using the latest software and I am still not able to turn on mine. I am in Jamaica so I don't know is location would be an issue please help
