Caller id and spam protection notification

When I swipe down from the top to get my toggle switch I keep on seeing a notification advertising thr caller ID and spam notification. Can anyone tell me how to stop this notification/advert appearing?

@Meeeeereerer: Do you have Caller ID and Spam protection toggled on in your Call settings?

Phone > 3 Dots > Settings > Caller ID and Spam Protection

If you restart the phone in Safe Mode does the issue persist? Turn the device off > Press and hold the Power key > Release the Power key when the S10 logo appears > Press and hold the Volume Down key immediately after releasing the Power key > Continue to hold the Volume Down button until the device finishes booting.
