Hi @Adii99

As far as im aware Samsung removed Call recording and does no longer support apps that provide this facility.

Call-record.

Have a look in the Playstore for a 3rd party option.

This is possibly due to privacy etc in certain countries.

In regards to the other features.

Spam Protection 》 are you launching the phone app and pressing the 3 little dots in the top Rh corner and choosing settings. Is call and spam protection greyed out there ?

This is how it looks on my phone.Screenshot_20200413-061755_Call settings.jpg

Are you using any type of 3rd party call app / launcher etc which could affect certain features ?

If not try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.

In regards to caller ID you may want to speak with your network to ensure they have turned this feature on at account level.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I have that option greyed out in my phone too too. I have a Note 10+ (SM-N975U1) which I ordered from the US, and I'm using it from Latin America.

Some posts say that it might be to region restriction or maybe my network carrier doesn't support that feature... Anyway, the only solution that seems to work (according some posts in the web) is to flash the firmware with Odin, but I'm afraid to even try it since I believe it might create conflicts with Samsung Knox or another security feature within the phone.
