Hi @Garybhoy ,

have you upgraded your phone to the new Android 12 software? If so, you can change the call background from the Phone app> Menu (three dots top right)> Settings> Call background> Layout> Select the most suitable for you.

Tried everything like that it's not the background it's that the phone icons are wrong colour & in the wrong direction

Uninstall the theme you've installed..

Looks to me you've installed a theme pack from the app market, uninstall it..hope this helps..
