I have the Galaxy S10+ 5g, and the burst shot, when pressing and holding the shutter button, is now just video. When I go into settings there is no option to set for burst or anything.

Hold down the button to take a picture and pull down while holding down which will then produce the burst shot @Reach4theSky

I agree with your Archer_Legend.
The update is very bad communicated and we are worse off because nearly always the phone starts making a video....
