Buds not working

Got my buds for Christmas, but my phone Is now not letting me turn on blue tooth, have done all updates, reset phone several times, have reset network on my phone, have tried to re install the wear app now - now worse...

All I want to do is listen to music and its just not working. - seen on the wear app a lot of simular comments. Been such a loyal customer but this is so annoying Apple sounding quite jucy

@ODLP: Please can you confirm the model number of your Buds? If you place them in the charging case, close the lid, then open it within Bluetooth range of your phone, does this enter pairing mode and bring up a connection prompt on screen?

The buds work fine, on my mum's iPhone was able to pair them, but my S10 won't turn on bluetooth
