Blurry live videos in social media

I bought the S10+ specificly for camera quality... I do Live videos on social media... specificly facebook... yes facebook dumbs down the live qualitys to 720 px.... BUT when I go live using my S10+ the video is very blury... i have front and real cameras set to the UHD and i tried different view ratios 16:9.. 1:1 and full.... and all settings leave the image quality as if there was vasoline rubbed over the camera.. when there is no smudges on the lenses at all... now i under stand this might be a "3rd party app" issues... but why is my S7 edge 10x better when going live on facebook?  who's blaming who?????????

I just paid $1700.00 USD for a 1TB phone that has terrible social media quality.. not to mention the zoomed in view that cuts off so much all around the field of view..... thats a whole nother post - that i see on here as well

Is it focusing correctly? If you could like to one of your recordings I think that would help?

I am having the same problem.   When I go Facebook live the video sucks.  If I just use the video recording by itself it's amazing..  will not focus when on Facebook live.  Please help is driving me nuts...

I have bought Samsung A71   every time I do live videos the picture quality sucks. It's so useless to have this device that only do 1/2 what I need on a phone. Do you have any idea of what's happening or what I have to do? If it's a factory problem may I kindly return the devise ASAP.

Really sorry you are having these issues. Can be a tricky remote fix but im happy to try and support you. are you able to record some footage or take some screen shots of what you are experiencing.

Same hapen to me with the same model!...My videos only show 360p regardless of quality i choose in camera settings!..Cant use to make Lives on Facebook!
