Bixby Voice Wake-up doesn't work

Bixby no longer unlocks the phone by voice, even tho the setting is on. This has always worked perfectly.

Not sure if that will work. That's for when it's required password, you'll still have to use biometrics.

That was a reply on your reply about the missed alarms because of this feature I'm sure. I've tried.

SGS20 The problems continue.  Bixby has another flaw that goes hand in hand with this lock screen problem.  It not hearing when you say 'hi bixby'.  Problems I have reported a few OS ago and still no improvements to Bixby.  I'm all for security, but it should be the end users choice as to the settings on the phone they put their money out for to buy.

I'm afraid to upgrade my S10 to another Samsung phone. Unless I can be guaranteed I can answer ph calls and open apps hands free,  from a locked screen.

Wdym? I'm on A52 5 G and S22 Ultra and I can do it still. The Bixby gets updated regardless the model.

I get the Bixby updates, no problems...

Unfortunately I still can't get Bixby to answer ph calls on speaker. Eg When the ph rings, I say "Accept this call" or "Hi Bixby Accept this call". Nothing Happens. This feature use to work on my S7 before Bixby. My S7 had a feature called "S Voice". When the ph rang I would say "Answer call" and the the ph would open the call on loud speaker. All from a locked screen. Having a physical disability, this was a great help! Unfortunately I don't have my S7 anymore.

Anyway I've given up trying to get this ph to work the way I want.

I get you totally, I had the same on my S6 which had that say " Answer ", I don't remember clearly but it may have had the " Reject ". It's no longer available yup. First thing I missed when I switched to S9+. 

Now as @AntS has suggested I've set my Bixby to do this (I haven't tested them yet): 

 

I remember when I had it on my S3, to play play, pause, next, previous track also.

These are suggested settings, especially the voice that can be picked up when phone speaker playing.

Go to Bixby Settings and then '' Talk to Bixby without wake up ''.
