Could someone please tell me how to get the best photo quality is it 16:9, or Full.

How to get the best dynamic range in the video etc. Is it 16:9,FHD (60FPS) or just FHD, Full screen...?

Thank you.

A 16:9 photo will be better quality and fine for Tv screens/Pc's ,  with  full (19:9  photo will fill the whole screen  and  crop the height whilst maintaining the width. In a 1:1  the width will be cropped.  However the greater number of pixels with the 4:3 size.

In terms of videos 16:9 will be best for UHD    https://gadgetguideonline.com/s10/how-to-set-photo-size-on-galaxy-s10-s10e-s10-5g-and-s10/

So, 3:4 will use all 12 mp?

1:1 fills the full screen? I don't get it, it's a square.

So I shall choose between 3:4 and 16:9 for most pixels and biggest photo?

And for the video I don't need the best I use FHD 60 FPS, I need to have great dynamic range etc.

Sorry was in a rush and  typed  1:1  instead of full- the 19:9 fills the screen (have edited) .   3:4 uses the 12   mp, well only appear to be the 4 options on both S10 and S10 Plus   (have the S10 myself and only full, 16:9,3:4 and 1:1.

Photo size is in the number of pixels of width x height (in the landscape orientation).

For videos in the 16:9 default you can choose the resolution .  In the settings for the Front Video size  you can choose HD,FHD or UHD,  in Rear Video size  you  can pick FHD 1920 x 1080 or FHD  (60 fps)   1920x 1080  and also HD/UHD.

So 16:9 is the best one to do?

And RGB one is 2944×2208.

And I didn't know that the RGB camera has that.

Yes think 16:9 would be the best, obviously can experiment a bit.  Hopefully the RGB camera produces some  quality- a video here S10 Plus Camera
