I had to do a forced factory reset on my phone. I know that I've backed up all my data a few weeks ago, photos, apps etc. But now that I'm trying to restore everything, none of the data can be found. I've looked in the cloud/one drive, but no previous data exists for me to restore. Any advice? where could it be and what am I doing wrong? I've ensured sync is on. I have a blank phone with no apps/info ... Thanks,
