Can you guys add an option to back up all music or something along those lines so that everyone can be reassured that their music is safe and are able to get them back if something were to ever go wrong. Thanks

If you go into the support section on the Members App
You can leave feedback within that for developers to read
Who knows, if enough have asked for the same thing

I can't really see Samsung wanting to provide cloud storage for music when they already removed it for photos. It's something you'd need to do yourself via OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive etc. I have mine backed up locally though on USB media (2xHDD and a 128GB flash drive the latter of which only has 28GB free)

I think it is best to have both a Cloud and local back up for Music , methods and services detailed in this article  https://www.samsung--backup.com/resources/backup-music-on-android.html
