Avatar backgrounds

My facebook has just updated. Everyone ive spoken to have 16 avatar backgrounds i only had 12. Just updated my facebook now i only have 8 avatar backgrounds why is this happend and why have i never had all 16 of the avatar backgrounds

Have you tried swiping left, right, up or down to move them?

Doesnt let you do that ive never had them all then the 12 i did have reduced to 8 after fb update
