Auto restart cancels alarm

Since latest update, the set alarm fails to go off after the phone auto restarts during the night.

Yup, and it's happened again. Am starting to think Apple might be the next step for me, can't seem to find an online fix for this ridiculous situation.

I have a samsung a70 too and it restarts at 3am, everyday, but it keeps restarting until it just shuts down! Has your problem been solved???

I disabled Auto-download over WiFi in Software update in settings and it fixed my issue.  But yours sounds like the auto restart feature is set too often.  I disabled that too long time ago.  Settings - General management - Reset - auto restart.

The problem is the auto restart feature has never been on. Since I bought it has been off!

I would suggest you turn the auto-reset on, restart you phone, then trun auto-reset off, and restart again.

I just did it. It didn't work. It keeps restarting itself 😞

Man, that totally sux.  I feel you.  Unless Samsung changes some things, my next phone will be a Google or a OnePlus.

Seriously! I posted this issue EIGHT months ago and it's still not fixed! That's just poor service from Samsung. Is it too much to expect to get some lines of code written in this time?

I have been dealing with this as well. Why should I have to choose between restarting my phone every night and having my alarm waking me up for work every morning? Between this and smart unlock working every 1/27 times intermittently, my iPhone is looking like a rock solid OS. Very disappointed in what I switched to last month, this new s10 has been nothing but EXTREMELY buggy out of the box.
