April Software update

I updated my phone 21/04/2021 S10+ locked on network.

What's the reason why the device has each month updates. I know security patch level but apart from this year One UI update I don't see any difference In April Software.

Any suggestions ?

If you go into Settings, Software Update and then Last Update this should show some bullet points of what was in the update @sarasphotobox
