Apps Button

the apps button on my S10 is not showing, it is also not listed in the setting for the home screen, it says it should be between apps screen grid and hide apps but ihave nothing. Im on EE is this a network provider thing ?

Please try to revert the Theme to default, if applicable.

Please go to phone Settings > tap the find icon above > search for "Apps button"

Are you using the stock Samsung Launcher or another option such as Nova Prime etc ?

The Samsung launcher is the stock one that comes with the phone.

A person can download another such as Nova which changes the Ui and overall feel of the phone.

Was the phone supplied by EE ?

no not through then through a site called affordable mobiles.

What you should obviously see through holding down on your homescreen and then settings is 》

I'm left wondering if the company you've bought it from have sourced the phone from abroad i.e a grey import and thats why it's not there ?
