Still nothing for my s10 EE need to pull there finger out 
Tried clearing cache partition using all three buttons volume up ,bixby button and power on isnt working

@Waynet Hello, apart from the combination of the buttons, first you have to connect your phone with a USB cable to your PC, wait for the progress of the battery indication and then proceed. Regards.
