Finally got the update for S10+ on 02 in the uk

connect your phone to your headphones. Turn off. Then turn on but press the volume up and bixby button same time until Samsung logo comes. After with the volume buttons choose the clear cache option and press the turn off button once

the prupose is clear the cache which is can be make mess around the software update. Seriously important this method

It should work if you are following the procedure correctly, if your device has a Bixby Button ensure that is pressed as well as Power Up and Volume Buttons.  This process should ensure that all app cache data is deleted and prevent buggy apps and unnecessary battery drain.    see older article here, obviously the steps changed since then.  https://joyofandroid.com/wipe-the-system-cache-partition-android-devices/
