I just buy s10+ 6 days ago, and the problem if i use AKG the microphone didnt work but i can hear voice. This is so dissapointed. I've tried all AKG but still cant use the mic. I allready go to service center and they recomend re-software, and still doesnt work too. Anything help ???

If this was my situation and I'd just bought the items like you have I'd be asking for a new direct replacement from the place that supplied them to me @Mks
