Accidental touch protection working when it's not supposed to

It's supposed to be useful, however after last update, Accidental Touch Protection is continually activating once I UNLOCKED the touchscreen, NOW IT'S driving me so mad!!! I don't even want to deactivate it, but I'm afraid the supid notification is too annoying. 

*it seems to be launching whenever I touch the upper screen, after I unlocked my phone with fingerprints

**I was having this issue in a somewhat shadowy area,  and I read this works with the light sensor(?)maybe increasing the  sensitivity limit would solve it? A slider to adjust would be nice for this

I actually do like the idea of a sensitivity slider ^-^ Great suggestion!

Its possible to increase the screen sensitivity with a toggle for people with a screen protector but I doubt that this would help in your case. There might however also be a bit of dust on the screen that might trigger it a bit too quickly so cleaning the screen might also help.

Happens to me all the time - always clean screen, camera and just about everything - in low light (reading is fine with this light) disabled it, useless for me if I have to spend 5 f...ing minutes trying to unlock - if it unlocked easily, maybe less of a problem, I spent 15 minutes trying to access my phone, bye bye useless addition
