Accidental phone lock

I downloaded  an app [trusted] and while doing the process appear to have locked my S10, I have no knowlegde of any password, open to suggestions as to how to unlock it........

unfortunately, to unlock it you will have to reset your phone. do this by turning off your phone completely and when the logo appeads, hold down the volume and power keys. then scroll down using the arrow and power off keys to select reset phone. hope this helped👍

@horace1: I recommend logging in to Find My Mobile on an internet browser via the link below, where you may be able to remotely unlock the phone.

Unfortunatly the find my phone is not activated on the phone....

Then you will need to factory reset your device.

Power off your device completely, then press and hold Power Button, Bixby Button, Volume Up Button. Once you see the Samsung logo let go of the power button. The recovery menu should load, Select factory reset with the volume buttons and power to select it.

You will lose your data with this method
