A5 Bluetooth Sound Quality

When I connect my phone with my car or bluetooth speakers, the sound quality especially on voice recordings (radio dramas, news, etc.) sounds like it is coming from down a well; all echoey bass and no treble. I tried other family members phones and they all work fine. Anybody else got this issue or a potential solution? I have reset the connections several times, no joy. Thanks, Tom.

Hi have you tried clearing the cache and data from the bluetooth app? This will essentially reset the entire bluetooth settings for you which should resolve the problem. To do this go into settings> apps> three dots on the top left hand corner> show system apps> Bluetooth> tap on 'storage' > then clear cache and data. Please note doing this will clear all bluetooth connections you currently have on your device so you will need to set them up again.
