The video enchancer option makes youtube app much brighter and pleasant. We could also have an option called "Screen Enhancer" that enables higher brightness adjustment or maximum brightness adjustment for the rest of the phone.
Apple allows maximum brightness adjustment so i dont see why samsung cant
