A friend's S10+ SCREEN HAS MALFUNCTIONed

Hey everyone

I want your opinion what could this screen issue be

My friends S10+ half of the screen has gone 

Neither has dropped it neither had liquid damage 

Let me know

Hi,
Press the Power key and Volume Down button for 10 seconds and see if phone reboots without the issue

thats liquid black creeping up the right hand side. its a clear sign of a damaged rear display. you need to get the entire screen replaced. it may of taken a bumb too much looks like a dent in bottom corner of device. but may just be picture quality. contact samsung if not damaged and under warranty.

Screen has been hardly damaged by a drop or hard pressure. You must replace it, if it's not under warranty it will cost too much.
