So I tried to purchase a new case using the promotional code. However the item went out of stock before I could complete the purchase, now they are back in stock but the code won't work. I contacted Samsung through members online chat and they could offer me no assistance 'wrong department' I need to use feedback and send an error report. ☹☹☹

Hi,
I rang the Samsung shop (not the first time I'd rung) this time they were really helpful and said I'd get a call back with a new code, a few days past and I'd started to think I'd wasted my time again but they rang and offered a £20 voucher against the case. Result 😁👍

Thanks for the fast reply. Having rang that number for what feels like the thousandth time, I think they are finally issuing me a new code, but quite annoyingly they have said I need to call them back tomorrow to obtain the code. At the very least they should email me a replacement code, but oh well. Hopefully the new code works 🙏.
