4K Videos on S10e looks off when sent through whatsapp/instagram

I set my video quality to UHD 4K on S10e. However when I send the videos through Whatsapp or publish on Instagram/Story, the colours in the videos look really off, lacking of brightness, colours and have barely any saturation there. Anyone knows how to fix it? Thanks

Hi @Huong. Not sure what compression technique is used on the codecs for WhatsApp or Instagram so it might be best to contact the app dev directly.

Ok it is because servers transcode 4K video to other format less powerful, the you can lost qualities.

Please, try to set video in 1080p and test again if your issue continue

You need to turn off in Camera settings for Video the setting HDR10+
