I want to ask about my phone samsung s10+.
I cant use 4G+ and its always display 4G/LTE
Why i cant switch to 4G+ ??
Did it ever work ? What is your android version ? What is your region and provider ? Do you know whether the device had been manufactured for the region you're using it in ?

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone to see what happens?
If possible try another sim card in your phone.
This can help rule out a network or sim card issue or phone issue.
If your sim card works as it should in another phone then let a Samsung Experience Store / Samsung Service Centre have hands on with it.
