Galaxy S10 SeriesI've read that some are experiencing some issues with WiFi connection @Pritpal but not so much with mobile data connection issues.
This is possibly your masts and even tho the parameters are as you say both phones can connect differently.
Something I read on the Vodafone UK forum "Phones do not latch onto the strongest signal.They follow the network assigned procedure, hence why it's not uncommon to be connected to a weaker signal than is strictly available "
