2300 pictures/Gallery loaded from S7 to S10e have disappeared

All of my pictures (years worth) that I loaded from my GS7 to my GS10e have diasappeared within the past week. The only things left in my Gallery are the picture staken since May 1 when I got the new phone and those on my SD card. Everything else - downloads, screenshots, albums, videos, pictures (2300 of them), Hangouts pictures, Twitter, etc are all gone. Very important pictures I need from January 2020 are gone.

Samsung cloud seems to be experiencing issues lately. If you had them synced to the cloud try this, Settings>account and backup>Samsung cloud> gallery>(wait one to two mins) do you see recently added? If you do select this and wait till all the pictures load (are they the missing ones?) and you have the option to download on the top right 3 dots (it can take some time before all the pictures load)

Also check the gallery trash can, ive heard of them moving there automatically.

Did you backed them up on samsung cloud?
