Had this phone just over 2 years.
No need for an upgrade.

But it's become noticeably more glitchy .

Samsung pay won't work.
Tesco clubcard won't work ..

Is it bad luck or more cynically the software breaking down to remind you to get a new phone 🤷‍♂️

Please make sure all your apps are updated both in your Playstore and Samsung Galaxy Store.

Not going to do a factory reset...this isn't a solution in my eyes.
Too many passwords .. banking etc to try and remember.
There needs to be a way to clear out all information when you delete the app...it leaves stuff behind
