I'm sorry to hear that you have lost a lot of valuable data. Data costs money, and money costs time. And, of course, we don't all have that much time in our days, despite the current situation. Please check the "My Files" app to browse for anything related to the Play Store. If you cannot do this, or cannot find the files, your only option is to install it from an online app repository. Please take caution when trying this, and use websites you can trust, or have good reviews (I suggest checking YouTube, and not comments posted on said website). If you are unable to do that, please download it from another device, and, using the applicable cables, put it on your Samsung device.
