Android 11 , One UI 3.0

Hallo sir ,

Iam using Samsung Galaxy s10 plus for 2 years, it's working good but now I have a problem with Updateing my phone is still in one ui 2.0 and it's not going to bring new updates, I have try everything what I know and what I have saw in YouTube but nan of them work .

And my phone camera and some other app are also not working due to old version .

I was hoping that you can help me to Update my phone or give me some tips or links of software.

Ich habe auch schon auf solche Posts geantwortet, das ist aber so ätzend wenn jedes zweite Wort von der Autokorrektur wieder verändert wird. Und nur dafür Umstellen möchte ich die auch nicht.

if you mean that your problem is that you found no Update on Android 11 and OneUI 3, it's because all S10 devices get their update first in January 2021.

Ich habe so das Gefühl wenn er noch nicht einmal One UI 2.5 bisher erhalten hat dass das Android 11 Update problemlos funktioniert. Bisher ist ja noch nicht einmal klar welchen CSC Code das Smartphone hat und wo er sich aufhält.

welcome to the community. At first can you please tell us ur security patch date, the One UI version and your provider software version it's located: Settings-> phone Info-> software information. So that we can help you better with these informations.

Probably your Samsung system software service is frozen and because of this u or a Samsung Employee needs to flash the newest version of the device to gain again monthly updates. But let's hope it not this in this case.

Btw. don't translae the other comments they are just mad and can't help you, because they don't have the acknowledge to understand and to write in English.

Du findest es in Ordnung andere User als einfach verrückt zu bezeichnen nur weil diese keinen Bock haben in einem deutschsprachigen Forum komplexe technische Zusammenhänge auf Englisch zu erläutern? Und bevor Du dem User weiter erklärst wie er sein Smartphone eigenständig flasht solltest Du Dir die Richtlinien der Community zu Gemüte führen, das könnte nach hinten losgehen. Nach meiner Meinung müsste das sogar noch Garantie haben, es gibt also keinen Grund dafür das eigenständig zu machen wenn es denn notwendig ist.

Ich hatte übrigens gestern hier einen Thread der, warum auch immer, englisch anfing und in astreinem Deutsch weitergeführt wurde.

Hallo. Haben Sie Samsung Smartswitch ausprobiert? Wenn Ihr Telefon von einem Netzwerk bereitgestellt wurde, müssen Sie möglicherweise 0sleal für sie verwenden, da auf Markentelefonen die Netzwerk-CsC installiert ist, und Samsung daher manchmal bitten, Aktualisierungen zurückzuhalten, während sie es testen. Ein Samsung Experience Store oder ein Samsung Service Center können einen Blick darauf werfen. Ein letzter Ausweg ist ein Custom Rom, aber das muss sehr sorgfältig angesprochen werden. Hello. Have you tried Samsung Smartswitch. If your phone was supplied by a Network then you may need to 0sleal to them as branded phone's have the Networks CsC on them and as such sometimes ask Samsung to hold back updates while they test it. A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look. A last resort is a Custom Rom but that needs to be broached very carefully . A good site to look at is xdadevelopers.com
