Yes, I'm having the same issue. Doesn't happen all the time, but periodically, and not sure why it's happening as my phone has never been wet.
The way I get rid of it, is to turn the phone off, plug in your charger for a couple of minutes and turn it back on while still plugged in. This has cleared it every time for me.
