Predictive text not showing after latest Android Update Version 10

Hi there, 

I have multiple keyboards set in Samsung keyboard -> Languages and types. 

The probelm I have, after the most recent update taking place (some week ago now) the predictive text is no longer showing up for russian keyboard. Why? 

I have English, UK and Portugese, they both show predictive text above. But not fur russian. This is very frustrating as I relied on this feature a lot when writing emails etc. 

Could you please share any suggestions and flag a fault for this. 

So far I have tried resetting the keyboard settings and restarting the phone. 

This happened after the latest software update.

At the monent i dont have access to a laptop, so very frustrating. Hopefully it will be a patch repair soon as it seems its an issue for a lot of people.

None of my personalised predictions are showing up / auto spell. Very frustrating

Yep, i have same problem, hope samsung fix it in next update firmwere or keyboard

Do you have the February or April update? If it's the first one and nothing new shows up on your phone, try checking on Smart Switch on your mac/PC, that's what worked for me

Also I found out from the support chat that it's very common that updates don't show up on the phone, so they recommend always checking updates on Smart switch... I think that's quite problematic, it's obvious for me that if they release an update it should appear on all the phones immediately

Its Solved.
Dear Team,
I have the issue with predictive when I type English.
I Fix this issue my Samsung A7.
Go to SETTINGS -- General Management --
On-Screen Keyboard -- Samsung Keyboard --
Select -- Language and Types
Select Manage input Languages .
Change English UK to English US.

Then it will work.

This resulted in deleting my custom saved / learnt words and eventually, I'll have to re-type the entire list of 300 + words just I have to do everytime whenever I change / upgrade my galaxy, unfortunately that's how samsung has designed it so...............

I can not get this to work.  I have tried all the suggestions 🤔
